Why batteries go flat

The most common reasons

Headlights or interior lights left on overnight, severe cold, short trips when the battery can't recharge, and an old battery.

Signs

The starter turns slowly or only clicks, the dashboard lights flicker or don't come on at all.

After the jump start

Don't switch the engine off straight away and drive for a while so the battery can charge. If it goes flat again, have it checked or replaced.

If a jump start doesn't help

The cause may be something else. Then a tow truck takes the car to a garage; that is part of the membership too.

Jump start is part of Orbis membership, which costs 9.90 ₾ a month. You call the technician from the app, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Does it also cover a new battery?
No. The technician starts your car on the spot. The membership does not cover a new battery, charger or other parts.
When can I start calling?
Jump start becomes available 48 hours after registration. This waiting period is for safety and applies once, at the start of the membership.
Is Orbis a one-off call-out service?
No. Orbis is a subscription: you pay 9.90 ₾ a month and when something happens on the road, you call for help from the app. Orbis covers the cost of the service under the membership.
How long until help arrives?
The time depends on the location, partner availability, traffic and weather. You will see the estimated waiting time before you confirm the request. Cancelling within 10 minutes of confirmation is free.
Who will help me?
The work is done by Orbis partner companies. Orbis finds the partner, arranges the service and covers its cost under the membership.
