If you get a flat tyre

Stop safely

Slowly pull over to the side of the road, onto flat, firm ground. Driving on a flat tyre damages the wheel too.

Turn on the hazard lights

Set up the warning triangle and wear a reflective vest at night.

Check your spare

The technician fits your spare tyre, so it is a good idea to check its pressure now and then.

If you have no spare

How long until help arrives?
The time depends on the location, partner availability, traffic and weather. You will see the estimated waiting time before you confirm the request. Cancelling within 10 minutes of confirmation is free.
